A soil-agnostic pedestal foundation system (patent pending) that replaces bespoke foundation design with a catalog selection, integrating grounding and cable-tray supports. A standardized mold, pre-fab rebar cage, and anchor system work on native or compacted grade, and accept helical piles, driven piles, or earth screws — eliminating mass grading, specialized pile-driving equipment, and slow slab forming on most sites.
